We sell a lot of cameraphones here, and for one to literally take our breath away is virtually impossible. Well, the LG Viewty, with awesome 5 megapixel camera, very nearly made us pass out in excitement! Could this be the ultimate cameraphone? It very well could be!!

From time to time a phone comes along that just blows our mind. Literally, something that we simply can't believe. And to be perfectly honest, the LG Viewty is amongst the best mobile phones we've ever seen!

Absolutely Viewtiful

So, first of all: why the name Viewty? Well, when we looked in the urban dictionary, which is where LG found the name, we found this:

Viewtiful: Something flashy or stylish. Someone with superpowers.

Well, both of those describe the LG Viewty rather exactly, actually! It's built around the same Flash operating system as the Prada, with an enormous touchscreen, meaning that it's an absolute joy to use. Oh, and on a side note, the animated background with the goldfish in a pond, that follows your finger around, is, possibly, the single coolest thing in the world!

Ultimate Camera

Actually, we've changed our minds on that. That accolade goes to the camera on the LG Viewty! Weighing in at a massive 5 megapixels, you'll be getting some of the sharpest, nicest pictures ever, with this beauty. However, it's not enough to give the LG Viewty 5 megapixels, LG have also crammed in a jaw-dropping array of features. So, you get the latest Schneider-Kreuznach lenses, image stabiliser (anti-shake is always welcome for amazing pictures), ISO8000 Smartlight (to give you perfect pictures in the dark) and best of all, manual focus. You want to make the subject of your photo stand out? Just touch that bit of it on the LG Viewty's screen, and it focuses in on your friend, or building, or whatever. But that isn't just fun to play about with, it's brilliantly useful, too!

The LG Viewty will record super-high quality video, as well. On top of that, but you can slide it into 120 frames-per-second mode, and actually capture slow-motion action shots, in the vein of John Woo. Then you can edit it in sequence, to produce your own movie. Oh, and after that, just press one button and you can instantly upload the whole thing onto Youtube. It doesn't get much cooler than that!
